Mortgage loan officers and lenders
This list shows mortgage loan officers and small lenders who serve the Charlotte area for purchase, refinance and investment property loans.
Every loan officer must be licensed, and you can check a license, the company behind it and any public actions for free on NMLS Consumer Access, using the NMLS number on the officer's page. Compare at least two Loan Estimates for the same loan amount and term on the same day, and look at the APR and closing costs, not only the rate. A pre-approval letter is not a loan commitment; the lender still checks the property and your file before closing.
